6 7/8 x 7 7/8 inches. Single column of 20 lines on vellum in a neat charter hand, seal tag present, but the seal is lacking, two neat filing slits in the center of the document, do not affect the text, creased, but legible. Nineteenth-century annotation in ink at the head of the document, not touching the text. Very Good. This document is a Grant by Johan de Arcenay and his wife Phelipe, daughter of the late Bochar debor Valeit and widow of Thomas de Montpanceir, to Johan Debor Valeit of all their rights and interest in 27 livres of money, granted to Phelipe, niece of the late Estiere Dazay.
