Wall designed more than 5,000 comic cards and was known as the â€œPostcard King.â€ Inspired by a 1915 visit to Colorado, Nevada, and Califonria, Wall produced many works with Western themes, including small towns, cowboys, and Indians. Many of his illustrations were published by Valentine and Sons, Bergman, Barton and Spooner, International Art Co., and others.
